Alpha Panareti was delighted to be given the award for the Best Cypriot Partnership Programme 2007 by OPP magazine at a splendid ceremony in London on Monday 3rd December.

This is in recognition for its work in supporting its exclusive agent in the UK, ROPUK Network.

2007 Homes Overseas Awards - Best Cypriot Apartment

Alpha Panareti was delighted to be given the Gold Award for the Best Cypriot Apartment at the 2007 Homes Overseas Awards on 3rd December this year.

The award was one for a two bedroom, two bathroom apartment at the St Nicolas resort development in Chlorakas village. This complex, delivered to Clients in 2008, features a Clubhouse with heated in-door pool, gymnasium, restaurant and mini-market, as well as four out-door pools, a tennis court and children's playground. There is an on-site property management office as well as full rental services avaialble for owners.

Bentley International Property Awards 2003 (Nov 2003)

Alpha Panareti is exceedingly proud to have won the award forBest Cypriot Development in 2003, for Panareti Coral Bay, asuperb resort hotel.

A number of well appointed apartments surrounding a large, free-form swimming pool, which features fountains, waterspouts and bubble jets, a 'swim-up' pool bar and wide sunbathing terraces. Inside, there is an indoor heated swimming pool, Jacuzzi, saunas and a fitness centre plus bars and restaurants as well as a mini-market and a conference centre.

Best Cypriot Development 2004

In November 2004, Alpha Panareti was awarded the prize for Best Cypriot Property for Villa Marina in Emba Village. This is an extensive private villa with five bedrooms, maid's quarters, a swimming pool and two garages designed as a permanent home for a large family.

It features high quality finishes throughout such as underfloor central heating, marble floors and staircases, extensive outside facilties such as a barbecue area.

This award was for the best Cypriot Property for Villa di Stella - a prestigious property custom built for the client in the traditional Cypriot style.

Best Development Cyprus (Nov 2006)

Alpha Panareti is delighted once again to have won an award forBest Cyprus Development in the 2006 International Homes Property Awards.

The award has been given to St George Hills, a beautiful resort project of some 400 properties with nine outdoor swimming pools set on a hillside above Paphos, commanding a 180 degree panoramic view of the Mediterranean. Our villas and bungalows, are priced to include a standard 8 x 4 meters swimming pool, surrounded by non-slip terracing.

The AP kitchen
At Alpha Panareti Public Ltd. we strongly feel that the kitchen is the very heart of any home. Every care is taken to ensure that the kitchen is designed to suit it's purpose; in fact, if you prefer to purchase your oven, hob, fridge etc during the building process, we will design and fit the kitchen around these items making it your own personalized cooking area.
